LATE POLICY

Your spot may be given away and you may not be allowed to join your class 10 minutes after the class starts or when warm up is finished. If you are one of our regulars and you are late, please let us know in advance and some instructors may let you in class out of their courtesy. Otherwise, you may not be permitted to switch to another class or another day, and will not be refunded your money either. We suggest that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes early before your class to change your outfits, set up equipment and get ready for class. This is a safety concern for you and everyone in your class.

If you have to cancel your class for any reason, please call or text us as soon as possible at 408-772-9165. We will open your spot to other students and if your spot is taken, we will reschedule you to a different class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel online at least 24 hours before your scheduled class time, you will be able to reschedule your class. You can go to Appointment and click on “Reschedule” to book a different class. Make sure to choose “any instructor” in the drop box to see our full schedule.

For any reason, if you can no longer make it to class within the 24 hour window, please call or text us immediately at 408-772-9165 to let us know and we will open your spot to other students on the waitlist. If another student takes your spot, you will be rescheduled to a different class. Please note that you cannot manually cancel your spot online but you will need to contact us to cancel.

However, if you cancel at last minute and we cannot fill your spot, or you simply don’t show up in class, you will lose your class credit and will not be permitted to reschedule another class. In case of emergency (sickness, accident, or family death), please contact us at 408-772-9165 within 48 hours of the incident and provide your proof of the incident for our consideration. Exceptions can be made case by case. After your class already starts and the window has passed, you will no longer be rescheduled under any circumstances.

REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS POLICY

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once you purchase a drop in or class voucher or membership, make sure you know the expiration date and use all the credits before the expiration date. All of our packages have 2 months expiration and all the membership have 40 days expiration (30 day cycle and 10 days to carry over to the following month) as long as the membership stays active. After the first 10 days of the cycle, any unused credits of the previous membership may disappear. In case of emergency (sickness, injury, family death), please contact us through phone or email with your proof of emergency if you need to extend your package or membership.

SIGN-UP POLICY

Our classes have limited space. Please book your class at least 1-2 weeks in advance since our classes get booked out fast.

Class is by appointment only, no walk-ins. To guarantee your spot in class, please make the payment and reserve your spot online in advance.

Purchasing a membership or a package does not guarantee you a spot in class. You must always reserve your spot in advance like everyone else. If you are concerned about our classes getting booked out, as a member, you can book classes for the first 10 days of the following month before your following monthly membership gets renewed as long as you have available credits. Or you can simply put yourself on the waitlist and we will contact you the first chance a spot opens up. This is an advantage we offer to our members.

Unfortunately, when instructor gets sick or there isn’t enough sign up in class, the class is subject to cancellation as late as 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time and your class credit will be returned back to your account for future use if you have a package or membership. You will be refunded if you purchase a drop in.

To create your account, book class and make payment, go to https://www.vagaro.com/lyspolestudio

Or simply download the Vagaro app on your phone and start booking classes.

WAITLIST POLICY

When class is full, you can register your interest to be on the waitlist only if you plan to come take the class. You can be added to class from the waitlist up to 1 hour before its start time as other students cancel late making room available in the class. If you no longer can take the class, make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist before being added to class. You will receive an email or text notification letting you know any spot becomes available or you have been added to class. At that point, you will be held accountable to our regular 24 hour cancellation policy. Anyone who is on the waitlist is welcomed to arrive at the studio prior to the class start time to take available spots from any no shows. Preferences for any available spots due to no shows will be given in the order of the waitlist.

Purchasing a package or membership does not guarantee you a spot in class. To avoid being on the waitlist, please book classes throughout the entire cycle as soon as your package or membership renews.
