This class focuses on standing partner acrobatics, such as dance lifts, counterbalances, and group tricks. We'll start off with a group warmup, then dive into a guided sequence of tricks. This is an all-levels class, so the difficulty will be based off of your personal skill level, meaning you may be working on different variations of the same trick with different people. Please, never be afraid to ask for other moves that are more suitable to your comfort and skill level.

Class content: Full body warmup, followed by trick sequences that help you build strength, balance, and technique to help you further your acro journey, while learning to build trust between you, your partners, and peers.

Proper attire: Comfortable activewear that does not restrict movement. Shorts or pants that can be rolled up are often useful. Bring a towel if you sweat a lot. No jewelry.
