This will be an introduction to what handstand practice is like and how-to develop all the necessary strength/mobility to get to free-standing handstand. We’ll get into the practice process and work on techniques of headstand, elbowstand, wall handstand

Class content: Shoulders and wrists warm up, resistance bands exercises for shoulders (optional), core and shoulders engagement, breathing technique, obility work, headstand/elbowstand techniques, kick up to handstand against the wall (chest/back to the wall), cartwheel exit technique, freestanding handstand or press handstand (optional for intermediate students)

Proper attire: Comfortable athletic wear. No see-through garments is allowed.
